Open the app, browse the library, and tap on a book you'd like to read. The book will automatically download all pages, images, and audio before opening. Once downloaded, you can read it anytime without an internet connection.

Kawaii Ehon offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full audiobook library. Some books remain available for free without a subscription. The current localized price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm purchase, and payment is processed through your Apple ID.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone or iPad: go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Kawaii Ehon → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Kawaii Ehon is designed with children's safety as a priority. The app does not require accounts, does not include third-party ads, and does not use analytics SDKs. If a parent contacts support, we receive their email and message to respond. External links in the app are limited to legal, support, and Apple subscription-management destinations.

Kawaii Ehon offers books for three age groups: 2-4 years (simple stories with vivid illustrations), 5-8 years (longer stories with richer narratives), and 9-12 years (more complex stories for developing readers).

Make sure your device isn't in silent mode (check the side switch on your iPhone/iPad). Also check that the volume is turned up. If the issue persists, try deleting and re-downloading the book, or restart the app.

Yes! Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so you can use Kawaii Ehon on any iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID. Books will need to be downloaded separately on each device.

Stories are available in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese. We plan to add more languages in future updates.
