Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Kawaii Ehon ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Kawaii Ehon is licensed to you, not sold, and your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

These Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard EULA for Kawaii Ehon services such as subscriptions, content use, and support. If there is a conflict regarding Apple-required license terms, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

3. Subscription Terms

• Kawaii Ehon offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks access to the full premium library. Some books may remain available for free without a subscription.
• The applicable subscription price and billing period are shown in the app's purchase screen before you confirm payment.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings, and you can restore purchases from within the app.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the trial period will be specified at the time of subscription. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Kawaii Ehon on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its content.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content in Kawaii Ehon, including stories, illustrations, audio narrations, and the App itself — is the property of Kawaii Ehon or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

7. Children and Parents

Kawaii Ehon is designed for children and families. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app, including any subscription purchases and any contact with support.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kawaii Ehon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the service. The sections that should reasonably survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
